Business Terms
These Business Terms govern paid plans (Verified and Premium) and business verification on lyp.al. They are coming soon and take effect only once the operating company is incorporated and payments are enabled; until then, no paid plan can be purchased. They supplement the general Terms of Use.
Who these apply to
These terms apply to business owners and their representatives who purchase a paid plan for a business listing. Plans are purchased per listing, not per user account.
Plans and fees
Plan features and indicative prices are described on the pricing page. Fees are stated in EUR and can be paid monthly or yearly.
Taxes (VAT)
Prices are shown exclusive or inclusive of VAT as indicated at checkout. Where the operator is registered for VAT, the applicable VAT (Kosovo VAT, or EU VAT via the One-Stop-Shop once the Austrian entity operates in the EU) is added and shown before payment.
Term, renewal, and cancellation
- A paid plan runs for the period you pay for (one month or one year) and, unless stated otherwise at checkout, renews automatically for the same period.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal. The plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
- Consumers in the EU/EEA have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Where you ask us to start the paid service immediately and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once the service is fully performed, that waiver applies as permitted by law.
- Outside the withdrawal right, fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion (for example, a service failure attributable to us). To request a refund, use the contact channel; we will assess each request in good faith.
- Nothing here limits mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
Verification
Business verification, what it checks, and what the badge means are described on the verification page. A verification badge is not an endorsement or guarantee by lyp.al.
Changes
We may change these terms or the plans. Material changes take effect on the effective date shown and, where required, we will ask you to accept the updated terms before your next renewal.
Governing language and law
Albanian (sq) is the authoritative language of these terms; translations are for convenience. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kosovo, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules where you live.
