Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using lyp.al, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The service is operated by the party named in the Imprint.

The service

lyp.al is a directory of businesses. It lets visitors search listings and lets registered users submit listings, reviews, and ratings. Listings are informational; we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of any listed business.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate registration information and be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

Content you submit

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant lyp.al a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the service. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to submit it.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or that you are not authorised to post. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine experience. Fake, incentivised, or misrepresented reviews are prohibited. We may remove reviews that appear to breach this rule.

We do not currently guarantee that every reviewer is a verified customer of the business reviewed. How we handle review authenticity, and how to report a suspicious review, is described in the Content Guidelines.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes take effect on the effective date shown, and where required we will ask you to accept the updated terms before continuing to use your account.

Governing language

Albanian (sq) is the authoritative language of these terms. Translations are provided for convenience only; in case of any discrepancy, the Albanian version prevails. This does not deprive consumers of the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kosovo, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply where you live.
