Reporting illegal or infringing content

If you believe content on lyp.al is illegal, infringes your rights, or breaches our Content Guidelines, you can notify us and we will review it.

How to report

• A specific listing or review: use the Report button on that listing. It reaches our moderation queue directly.
• Anything else (a legal notice, an intellectual-property complaint, or a data-protection concern): email [ABUSE EMAIL] with the details below.

To help us act quickly, please include:

1. A link to the exact content.
2. A clear explanation of why it is unlawful or infringing.
3. Your name and contact details (so we can update you and, where required, forward the notice).
4. A statement that your report is made in good faith and is accurate.

What happens next

We acknowledge valid notices and review them without undue delay. We may remove or restrict the content, contact the person who posted it, and — where the law requires — inform you of the outcome and the reasons for our decision. Where a decision affects a user's content, they may appeal through the contact channel.
